Refund policy

made-to-Order Products

All LIGHT GREEN APPAREL products are made-to-order specifically for you. Because each item is custom-printed after you place your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on standard orders.

Exceptions - Defects & Errors

We will gladly accept returns and issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects (misprints, incorrect colors, damaged prints)
  • Shipping damage
  • Wrong item received
  • Incorrect size sent

How to Request a Refund

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  3. We'll review and respond within 2 business days

Approved Returns

For approved returns, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no charge, OR
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Size Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot offer size exchanges. Please refer to our size charts before ordering.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
