Processing Time
All Light Green products are made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure quality. Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after purchase.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, delivery times vary by location:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 10-15 business days
- Europe: 10-15 business days
- International: 15-25 business days
Total time from order to delivery: 2-3 weeks on average.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
Because all products are made-to-order specifically for you, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible for return:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item or size sent
- Printing errors or quality issues
Not eligible for return:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Normal wear and tear
How to Request a Return
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem

Exchanges
